Following years of corporate executive management experience and consulting to small, medium and large companies in most industries you can dream of, I have realised that the one weakness that is prevalent in organizations across the globe is how they manage their people. I don’t mean the normal HR stuff, but in treating people as a FINANCIAL asset and working towards ever increasing returns on that investment.
